Description

Located in western North Carolina, Herb's House is a structured transitional living home that helps male adults recovering from alcohol and substance abuse develop life skills and healthy coping methods that builds on traditional treatment and 12-step programs.

All guests are required to work, attend school or volunteer five days a week.

After a $100 non-refundable application fee, house charges are $500 a week, includes food, housekeeping, weekly relapse recovery counseling and transportation to/from meetings. Security Deposit of $500.

Hello, The Herb House in Asheville, NC has been recommended to us by the Wilmington Treatment Center where we live. Our son, Austin, that just turned 27 has struggled with drug addiction since high school. He has been in treatment several times and recently this spring at the WTC. He is currently has been staying with us for awhile until we can find what we think is the appropriate program that will help him. He has been in a few other programs in the past.
