The Family Outpatient Program provides individual and family therapy to clients. The therapeutic process is supported through case management and skills development. Every client recommended to the Family Outpatient Program receives both a Clinician and a Case Manager. Clinicians provide therapy to help clients and their families utilize specific interventions to help them work towards goals established at the beginning of their programming with JYS. Case Managers coordinate comprehensive aspects of care for a client while at JYS and connect families to other resources in the community to support transitioning out of JYS services when therapy is completed.
