This location provides intensive outpatient, day treatment, social detoxification, Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program and residential treatment services. Persons served must have a substance abuse addiction/ dependence diagnosis determined by a licensed diagnostician.

Clinical services include residential, day treatment, intensive out patient and outpatient adult substance abuse treatment services including assessments, case management, individual counseling, family therapy, nursing, IDDT, group education, group counseling, and detoxification.

Payment and insurance accepted:

Funding Sources at Stapleton General CSTAR program accepts Department of Behavioral funds, insurance, client fees and Medicaid funding sources. 

The client's ability to pay is based on the Department of Behavioral Health sliding scale depending on income and number of dependents. 

If it is determined that a person has a monthly fee from the sliding scale, that fee is collected at time of admission and at the first of the month thereafter as long as the client remains active in treatment services.
