We realize the importance of confidentiality in helping you feel comfortable and safe while in our care.
All information is kept completely confidential.

Payment and insurance accepted:

- Self payment
- Medicaid
- State financed insurance (other than Medicaid)
- Military insurance (e.g., VA,TRICARE)
- Access to Recovery.

There are many other funding options available.
We accept Iowa Medicaid (Title-19) and most private insurance companies and will contact them to seek pre-certification for our services.
We also offer services on a sliding-fee scale to those who qualify.  A sliding-fee scale is based on family income and may result in a significant reduction in fees.
