The Central East Alcoholism and Drug (CEAD) Council is a community based, not-for-profit corporation offering services to address chemical abuse, dependency and other therapeutic needs.

CEAD Council's Mission is to provide a comprehensive array of services for behavioral health promotion and substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment through an ongoing process of needs assessment, remediation implementation and systematic evaluation of accomplishments.
