The Mission of Cahaba Center for Mental Health  is to provide quality mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services within the limits of available resources to the residents of Dallas, Perry, and Wilcox Counties. Cahaba Center for Mental Health offers intensive outpatient treatment (IOT) and general outpatient services for adults (age 18 and older). This treatment setting is less restrictive than residential treatment. It permits the client to receive professional care without disrupting the normal home environment and employment conditions. Treatment options consist of two separate tracks: one for the general adult population and one to meet the unique needs of substance abusing pregnant women and women with dependent children.
