Opened in 2014 as part of metal health services provider Horizon Health Services, Buffalo's Terrace House is a medically-supervised detox and withdrawal program for adults, and a complementary offering to Horizon Village's residential facility in Sanborn, New York.

Though they are a longer-term detox with a month-long program for those with co-occurring disorders, the main objectives here are to help clients safely get clean, promote abstinence and start clients on a longer recovery journey.
