Aegis provides sliding scale payment based on the patients income and number of dependents.

Payment policy:
Uninsured self-pay patients are able to make payments through credit cards, money orders, and/or cash. While payment schedules may be customized to the patient's individual needs, all fees are expected to be paid before the end of the month of service. To make its services affordable to patients in financial need, Aegis has implemented a sliding scale rate system based on the patient's income and number of dependents. This fee structure is incorporated into the Uniform Method to Determine Ability to Pay policy. The qualification for discounted rates requires a financial evaluation of the patient.

Hours: Mondays through Fridays 5am - 9:30am, 10am - 1:30pm.
Weekends and holidays 6am - 9am.
