Aegis Medical Systems, Inc., ("Aegis") operates one of the largest networks of Narcotic Treatment Programs (NTPs), also known as Opiate Treatment Programs (OTPs), in the nation.

Aegis provides a comprehensive treatment modality, allowing various staff members to address and sustain the diverse needs of its patients.

Aegis provides three types of programs: a short-term detox program, lasting 21 days; a long-term detox program, lasting up to 180 days; as well as a maintenance program.

- Private health insurance

- Medicaid

Uninsured self-pay patients are able to make payments through credit cards, money orders, and/or cash. While payment schedules may be customized to the patient's individual needs, all fees are expected to be paid before the end of the month of service. To make its services affordable to patients in financial need, Aegis has implemented a sliding scale rate system based on the patient's income and number of dependents.
