Transformations Wellness Center (TWC) is an inpatient, non-profit substance use disorder treatment center for adults, 18 years of age and older.

TWC specializes in treatment and counseling for individuals struggling with alcohol and/or substance abuse or addiction. We are licensed through the State of Oregon to provide intensive S.U.D. residential treatment services.

TWC is located in the beautiful small town of Klamath Falls in southern Oregon. We are a smaller, non-profit facility with a very home-like feel. We are co-ed and our maximum capacity is 25 residents.  Our men s facility is set up dorm-style and our women s rooms are shared (3, 4 or 5 per room).

- State financed insurance (other than Medicaid).
