The Next 28 is a 10 bed transitional living home designed specifically for women to practice their new normal. We believe it is essential for women in early recovery to take the time to practice sober living and that is best done in the safety of other women in recovery.

Our residents learn the importance of a busy schedule.

Along with attending 2 meetings each day and helping to prepare meals, residents are introduced to a variety of practices that they can take with them when they transition out of The Next 28. Some of these practices are: meditation, journaling, Big Book studies, daily exercise, the benefits of nutrition and healthy eating habits, budgeting and other financial responsibilities, and the role their sponsors play in their lives.
